Great location and spacious family suite
I recently stayed in a family suite that was spacious enough for my group, and just a short walk from the beautiful beach. The multiple pools offered a great way to relax after our days out. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, which made our stay more enjoyable. However, the lack of sufficient toiletries in the room could certainly be improved.

Great location, just a hop from the beach, and the pool was fab for lounging! Amazing how many shady spots there are to relax. A bit of an oasis, really!
Had to navigate my way to coffee in near darkness—note to self, bring a flashlight next time! Let’s just say the room layout wasn’t winning any beauty contests.

The two-bedroom penthouse was spacious with a large living area, full kitchen, and a balcony with a beautiful view. Each bedroom had a bathroom for added convenience. charming village-styled atmosphere, multiple swimming pools, diverse room arrangements with kitchen facilities
Room decor could use a facelift! ! Lack of storage is frustrating! No elevators means a tough lug for heavy bags! Inconsistent cleanliness standards should definitely be addressed!

missingWrote a review on Sept 29great amenitiesfriendly staffspacious roomnoisy air conditioningpoor kitchen suppliessound issues
I loved the location, just a short walk to the beach. The three spacious pools were fantastic for lounging around with friends. The staff treated us like family. they were incredibly helpful whenever we needed anything. Our room had a cool vibe, but the air conditioning unit was really loud, making it hard to sleep at times. It would have been nice to have better sound insulation since I heard noises from the shared corridor and neighboring rooms. The kitchenette was handy for quick meals, yet it lacked essential items like a toaster and proper kitchen utensils. There's a lot of potential here, especially with the great amenities, but some updates are definitely needed in the room and kitchen areas.

missingWrote a review on Sept 28heated poolspacious suite
We had plenty of room for the whole family, loved how the staff personally walked us to our suite, felt like were all VIPs. The heated pool just outside our door was a game changer for us, especially with kids that love to swim.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but worth it for the space we got.

missingWrote a review on Sept 22great locationwell-maintained poolsnoisy guestslack of amenities
Loved the great location near the beach and well-maintained pools, even if there were some noisy guests by the pool and a lack of basic amenities in the room. Staff were friendly and attentive, which added to the overall positive experience.

missingWrote a review on Sept 12multiple poolsbbq grillsloud environment
The hotel boasts multiple pools, perfect for lounging after a long day. The BBQ grills scattered around the property provide a nice touch for group gatherings and outdoor meals.
The corner King Studio room lacked privacy due to huge windows that weren't tinted, allowing passersby to see right in. The room itself was somewhat neglected with small cracks near the floorboards and an unclean shower. There were also issues with noise from outside, uncomfortable mattresses, and very limited electrical outlets.
Tourists from United States often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
