I recently stayed in a family suite that was spacious enough for my group, and just a short walk from the beautiful beach. The multiple pools offered a great way to relax after our days out. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, which made our stay more enjoyable. However, the lack of sufficient toiletries in the room could certainly be improved.

Room decor could use a facelift! ! Lack of storage is frustrating! No elevators means a tough lug for heavy bags! Inconsistent cleanliness standards should definitely be addressed!

The kitchenette was handy for quick meals, yet it lacked essential items like a toaster and proper kitchen utensils. There's a lot of potential here, especially with the great amenities, but some updates are definitely needed in the room and kitchen areas.

We had plenty of room for the whole family, loved how the staff personally walked us to our suite, felt like were all VIPs. The heated pool just outside our door was a game changer for us, especially with kids that love to swim.
